What is collected

• Email address, if you submit one through the subscribe form, stored so that updates can be sent to you.
• The contents of any email you send to the address above.
• Standard server and network logs from the hosting and content delivery provider, which may include IP address, user agent, requested page and country, used for security and to keep the site running.

What is not collected

• No advertising cookies and no third party advertising or tracking pixels.
• No profiling, behavioural targeting or automated decision making.
• No health data, medical history or photographs are requested, and none should be sent.
• No personal data is sold and none is passed to any clinic or treatment provider.

Legal basis

Email addresses submitted to the subscribe form are processed on the basis of consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Correspondence is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in replying to you. Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in operating and securing the website.

Retention

Subscription addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for removal. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed and a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short period in line with the hosting provider's settings.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask for a copy of your data, have inaccurate data corrected, have data erased, restrict or object to processing, and request portability where it applies. Write to hello@aestheticlaunchlab.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no advertising tag and no JavaScript. The hosting and content delivery provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance.

Third parties

The site is hosted on a content delivery network which processes requests in order to serve pages. Web fonts are loaded from a third party font service, which receives the request for those font files. No other third party receives data from this website.
