A treatment menu answers the question you already know how to ask. These pages answer the one that decides the outcome: what is actually causing the appearance you dislike, and what will change it. Each sets out the cause, the assessment, the treatments that apply in London, what will not work, timelines and what moves the cost.

Hollowing at the temple and midface, and the flattening that follows it.

Four different causes look identical in a mirror. Only one responds to filler.

The envelope rather than the structure, and where its limits are.

Dullness, dehydration and a barrier that is not doing its job.
ReadStart from the finding rather than the procedure. If you are not certain which of these describes what you see, read two of them and note which one describes your reflection more accurately. That is a better use of an hour than comparing per-area prices across London.
Then read the treatment page it points to, and specifically the section on who it does not suit. If the concern is loose skin, no injectable will fix it. If it is a line that only appears when you move, no amount of filler is the answer. The consultation exists to settle that question, and what treatment costs is worth reading before comparing two quotations.
Enquiries come from every part of the city and from well beyond it. Consultations are arranged by appointment, so the practical question is how far you are willing to travel for an assessment rather than which street a door sits on.
Marylebone, Fitzrovia, Mayfair, Soho, Belgravia and the Harley Street medical district.
Chelsea, South Kensington, Knightsbridge, Notting Hill, Holland Park and Fulham.
Hampstead, St John's Wood, Primrose Hill, Islington, Highgate and Muswell Hill.
The City, Clerkenwell, Shoreditch, Canary Wharf, Wimbledon, Richmond and Clapham.
Write with the area that concerns you and what you have had done before. You will get a considered reply setting out which treatments apply, which do not, and what an assessment would need to establish before anything is proposed.
